L’article établit le parallèle entre la création des classes de perfectionnement en France et en Allemagne et il traite de l’évolution de l’enseignement spécial français par rapport à celui en Allemagne. En conclusion, l’auteur souligne le défi de l’école traditionnelle à répondre à l’idéal d’intégration scolaire des enfants handicapés et défavorisés.
Abstract
The article draws parallels between the creation of advanced classes in France and Germany and discusses the evolution of French special education in comparison to that in Germany. In conclusion, the author underlines the challenge of the traditional school to respond to the ideal of school integration of disabled and disadvantaged children.
